Create your GitHub account

GitHub is a website that stores your code and keeps every version of it. Everything later needs this account, so it goes first.

Go to github.com/signup. You will be asked for an email address, a password, and a username.

Finish signing up, then open your own page at github.com/ followed by your username. That address is what this step's checkpoint asks for.
